Our company offers a wide selection of procedures and techniques, which allow the treatment of materials
and manufacturing tools with all kind of different surfaces.
We will find the optimal solution and develop individually adjusted processes.
Paint Removal
Paint removal is the best way of recycling any object. Professional paint removal cleans the surface of
your workpieces and prepares them for immediate re-use in your production cycle. This procedure allows saving
valuable workpieces, paint and productions aids. Precious resources are preserved. There is also the option
for an additional procedure to protect your workpieces against rust and corrosion upon request.
Chemical Paint Removal
Optimal for temperature sensitive objects such as painting and production devices as well as miss painted
objects is a chemical paint stripping procedure. Very sensitive parts like thin steel sheets, pendants,
springs, aluminium rims or engine parts are thoroughly cleaned without affecting the surface. Any coating or
residue is removed using a specific bath suitable for a given object. Key factors in this process are the composition
of chemicals based on the respective appropriate temperature and duration of immersion. After the immersion
time residues are removed using a high-pressure cleaner. The final step in the treatment process is the passivation
of a given work piece, which serves as a temporary protection against corrosion.

Thermal Paint Removal
Best treatment for strongly coated and temperature sensitive work pieces and painting aids such as grates,
solid steel elements and painting jigs offers the thermal procedure. The procedure used is pyrolysis. Polymers
and organic compounds will decompose into carbonization gas and carbons. During the following oxidation process
carbon residues are completely removed. Carbonization and smoke (gases) are burnt. Final step in the removal process
can be either high-pressure cleaning or sandblasting. Optional post treatment is the passivation to protect against corrosion.

Rubber Removal / Destratificatiion
A chemical rubber removal procedure is being used for the most efficient recycling of metal-rubber parts.
Expensive production parts, old or faulty rubber coatings on engine parts and vibration dampers are separated
very carefully thoroughly thus being optimally prepared to enter the recycling process.

Degreasing / Decarbonization
Grease residues in the surface structure of a work piece can severely hamper processing and painting of a given
work piece. Therefore, the degreasing procedure is absolutely essential. The material characteristics and grade
of pollution of each work piece determine the individual procedure and chemicals to be used. This also applies to the
chemical immersion process. Steel parts are passivated for temporary corrosion protection in final step of the process.

Rust Removal
For de-rusting either a chemical process using an immersion bath or a mechanical process is being used. The advantages
offered by the chemical process over the mechanical one is a most gentle treatment and the ability to reach hard to
reach parts thus being the more efficient process. As a protective measure passivation is applied for temporary corrosion protection.

Pickling / Staining
The surface of stainless steel parts may be covered with weld seams, tarnish colour and extraneous rust, which can neither
be removed thermally nor mechanically. Both procedures would result in corrosion of the object. Therefore, the chemical immersion
procedure is applied. The pickling process leaves a clean surface and a better look.
Paint Removal and Degreasing
A chemical process is perfectly suited for paint removal or cleaning of temperature sensitive work pieces,
painting jigs, production devices or miss-painted plastic objects.
So the object can be recycled and refined as best as possible.
Professional paint removal and degreasing cleans object surfaces while preserving it at the same time,
thus allowing for immediate re-integration into the production cycle.
We offer tailored solutions for nearly all kinds of plastics to ensure re-utilisation of your expensive
workpieces and auxiliary materials in a functional way. We do not simply carry out standard procedures. We develop
an optimal solution considering not only the material composition of the objects but as well the wishes of our
customers in combination with our professional experience and know-how.
A key to our success is always the trusting cooperation with our customers.
Paint Removal
Nearly all kinds of soft wood are suited for our modern lye solution paint removal, a chemical immersion procedure.
The alkalinity of the bath saponifies the oils and resins of the coating and makes it soluble in water. Afterwards
paint rests can be washed off easily with an high-pressure cleaner. The leached object will then be neutralised
in an acid bath before it will be thoroughly washed up with clear water.
All wooden products can now be further processed or re-used without hesitation.
This procedure is very common for antique furniture. Thanks to our experience and professional know-how even very precious furniture is in good hands with us.
As further services for antique furniture we offer as well deworming and restoration.
Deworming
A woodworm infestation is destroyed during the leaching process.
In case an object is not suited for the lye solution, we offer a special, certified thermal process in which the surface is not attacked and remains unchanged.
Restoration
Upon request we restore furniture professionally and carefully:
- Missing parts or veneers can be reconstructed
- Conservation, refreshing and basic cleaning of surfaces
- Shellac Hand Polishing (French Polish)
- Staining and Waxing
