Continuous improvement of the environment is one of our goals. Therefore environmental protection is systematically pursued and integrated into organisational and operational processes. We always strive to optimise existing paint stripping processes.

All paint stripping media / procedures used are provided in compliance with the applicable laws, standards, guidelines and official approvals and licences. As a matter of principle, we reduce the use of hardly degradable chemicals and replace them with environmentally friendly paint strippers wherever possible.

Our chemical baths are regularly checked and cleaned. Our wastewater is treated in accordance with the German Waste Law and paint sludge is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner by a certified company.

In accordance with the State Trade Inspectorate and the Office for Occupational Safety and Immission Control, regular emission measurements are carried out by TÜV Süd.

This also includes maintaining special safety standards applicable to technical and organisational issues. Plant safety also means environmental and employee protection.
Therefore, our machines are regularly checked/maintained and our employees are trained in order to optimise the work processes, to enable safe handling and safe storage of the chemical substances.
